Steelheads Game

We took the boys to the Idaho Steelheads hockey game the other night (Wed) and had a fabulous time! We had great seats, thanks to Rod's good friend Rob. He has season tickets for the good seats.
By the 3rd period of the game, when we knew that no one was showing up for the 2nd row seats, we took the boys and moved down to the front by the opposing team (Stockton Thunder). One of their hockey sticks broke and they wrapped it up and gave it to Cody, along with a puck. He was thrilled!! He asked me a few times if he is the only little boy who got a hockey stick. He felt pretty special!
At the end of the game, one of our players came out onto the ice and threw Colton a T-Shirt! Colton was thrilled too, and the boys each came home with a neat suvenier from the game. Oh, and we won 1 to 0 over Stockton.
