Sunday morning we woke up to about 3 inches of snow, so since we didn't have church until 3pm (yes, 3-6) we had some family play time in the snow. First, Rod and his buddy Mac (neighbor) went and played a practical joke on another buddy Jess (we are all neighbors) and built 3 big snowmen right in front of his garage door (facing in)- it was hillarious! Then he came home and helped the kids make a big guy in our front yard. It was a lot of fun, and the kids were very proud of their snowman!

The kids love the snow! For a mom, it just means wet clothes, lots of searching for matching mittens and layers, wet, cold kids, wet floors from snow being tracked in, and a bunch of very happy children! So I guess it's not so bad.
