A Tribute to my Mom

My mom is the best. I was her first-born in July of 1973. Eleven months later she had my brother, Adam. Then 2 years later my sister Aimee. They waited a few years before they added Amanda and Aaron. They did their very best as parents and ended up raising 5 responsible, good kids. Half of them having served full-time missions, and all married in the temple and graduating from college. I'd say that was a job well done!
My mom is soft and sweet, always there with a shoulder to cry on (and cry with). :-) When I was all stressed out with 3 very young children, I knew she understood and would call her at the brink of insanity. She has always been there for me, and there is no way I could ever repay her for everything she has done for me and the patience she has shown me. She is such a wonderful example to me in every way. (This picture is the most recent I had, but that's my sis, Amanda with her.) Anyway Mom, you are truly the best. Happy Mother's Day! I love you.
Here is ME as a mom- my favorite picture of Cody and me. This is Cody at 3 months old.
My kids wrote me some Mother's Day messages this morning.
Here is the rest of the pictures of me with my babies at 3 months. The saying above them says, "I never knew how much love my heart could hold until somebody called me Mommy."

I love being a mom. I am honored to be raising the 4 sweet children that I've been so blessed with. I hope that I can always live up to the standard of motherhood that my own mother has set, and continue this wonderful legacy. I am grateful for womanhood and motherhood and all the trials and triumps that come with it. Happy Mother's Day to all my other fellow Mommy friends of whom I love and admire! I Love you!!

Angela, you are awesome, you are such an amazing women, all the things you do for your kids and family. And all with 4 kids! I can't do half the stuff you do with 2 kids! Thanks for your great example of loving motherhood and womenhood!
